At first thought I had no idea what I was going to do with this theme. So I thought to myself what do I love? Well I love my family but that has its own theme.... oh duh! I love art! Then I got to thinking about my freshman year in high school, when the sparks really started flaring for my love of art. I remember this one time in art class it must have been a free day. I sitting at the table with my feet propped up trying to figure out what to draw. Of course the teacher didn't appreciate me slouching with my feet on the table so she hollered at me to put my feet down. My response "Uh... I'm working on a still life drawing of my shoes..." and yes I just happened to be wearing my favorite cons that day. For some time after that converse became the thing I loved to sketch the most.
I use to have a whole folder of converse shoe sketches. I tried looking for it the other night but sadly I don't know what happened to it. = (
